Who We Are

AY Care Services, LLC was founded in 2023 and serves individuals with intellectual disabilities. We are a provider agency under the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) of New Jersey.

AY Care Services, LLC is a Limited Liability Company that provides support, care, and assistance to an often underserved and misunderstood adult clientele in the state of New Jersey who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We believe that providing compassionate and empathetic care is the best, effective, and most appropriate method that allows our clients to live complete and fulfilling lives. This is accomplished by collaboration with our clients and caregivers to produce individualized plans that include community/individual support, inclusion, and respite care.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling, dignified lives through inclusive care, community integration, and ongoing collaboration with families and caregivers. Our goal is to empower each individual to live with greater independence, dignity, and purpose—both at home and within their community.
